retrieve the list of projects from an organization

Let's see if I can retrieve the list of column names in the ordered backlog project.

I know I did this out of order. Lets see if it works.
I got the code working.
I checked out main into a branch locally called something similar to: #8 retrieve the column names from ordered backlog project
I committed the code to the local branch.

I stopped there for today.
I think next is:

• push the local branch up to (forgetting the nomenclature here) well - upstream.
• create a PR to merge it to main.
• merge the branch into main.

If I do that I think I'll have at least walked through the mechanics of the code but skipping over the review and QA obviously.

Aside from that, I've still got a long bit to go.
I'm still not confident I understand how to interpret the documentation on how to pull specific information. I'm still relying on examples. As far as this issue is concerned I'm still not there yet. What I've done is just manage to get a list of projects.
