[qwik] Update package.json

This is part of the feedback for #262.

For proper integration with the starter-dev CLI and website, make sure the package.json follows the requirements:

• Change the description field to highlight the technologies of the qwik starter kit (e.g. "NextJS, React Query, and TailwindCSS").
• Add keywords field with an array of technologies (e.g. ["next", "react-query", "tailwind"]).
