This is a quick and dirty port to support RxJava 3, and should work with the RxJavaFx 3.0.1 revision that's available from the repo.
If anyone wants to test these in a maven/gradle project, i've got binary builds up at the following URLs:
https://bintray.com/speljohan/rxkotlinfx-mirror
https://bintray.com/speljohan/rxjavafx-mirror
These builds should play nice with RxJava 3.0.1, i haven't tested it on any newer versions.
