Remove duplicate html pages with weird URLs that aren't being used

There are lots of duplicate html files in this repo that are no longer being used (i.e. all links to them on the site have been updated the other copy of the html file with a non-numerical URL). The only URLs that should be left with numbers in them should be blog posts I believe... Delete the duplicates we are not using to clean up the repo.
