Add inter-container-name address resolving

It would be cool (and actually needed) to provide out-of-box inter-namespace address resolution, eg:
resolving a container-name to it's ip, directly.

Docker offers this out-of-box and it's an important feature.

We need to discuss how to implement that and which name would be resolved, etc.
