Relayer bot supporting cross-chain direct bridging #799
Description
This task is about implementing a low-effort relayer bot supporting the direct bridging mechanism introduced by #792. The first instance should support direct bridging to the Base chain.
Ideally, the first iteration of this bot should establish an extendable engine that will satisfy multiple tBTC v2 integrators in the future.
