UI for posts in the feed do not update consistently when actions are performed with slow wifi

Bug Description

This tends to happen more often when the app is used with slow wifi. Voting/saving/marking as read (any action that affects how a post looks in the feed) while in the feed do not consistently update how the post looks.

Examples:

1. Feed UI updates upon action, but then reverts a few seconds later.
2. Feed UI does not update. Checking in the post shows that the action was properly saved, but the feed simply did not update.

Expected Behaviour

The feed should update its UI according to the current status of the post (ie, the app should confirm that the status of the post has been updated). If a status cannot be obtained, a loading icon or some other indicator should be shown to indicate that the action has not been confirmed yet

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable swipe actions
2. Go to an area with slow wifi
3. While in the feed, use the swipe actions to vote on a post
