Pull Request Description
This PR adds support for using page cursors when fetching feed contents for Lemmy. This should resolve some recent issues related to Lemmy v0.19.14 (see https://lemmy.world/post/40266465)
Additionally, it turns out that avif image support was not working as expected, so I've fixed that as well!
