files parameter

In the package config file spec you have a files parameter:

files (whitelist of files|filepattern to include in the package, code and assets)

Does this have any meaning for anyone consuming the package? It's seems that this is a parameter that would be used in another context to actually create the package, but once the package is created, has no purpose inside the package.

The property is used in the Pack method and is, as you say, only used to decide what goes in the package. It probably fits better in Acre's domain. I wanted to have something in APM that I could experiment with, but happy for this to move eventually.
