Мне кажется что вот это приписка NB не должна быть как минимум в этом месте. А другого места для может и не был вполне - если мы нигде так развернуто не описывает то как проходят возвраты

Приписку я добавила только чтобы показать, почему сообщение больше не используется -- оно стало неверным утверждением, и сохранить преемственность публичного API. Если кто-то это сообщение парсил, чтобы они не искали, куда оно пропало.
