Changed images to use SVG MIME type and filename extension to satisfy pedantic clients like Thunderbird. The ipfire Graphs lib generates SVGs by default, and statusmail isn't specifying anything different, so the graphs are actually SVGs, and not PNGs as was previously advertised.
This fixes issue #19 .
