Update version on npm

Hi, 

I noticed an inconsistency between the repo and the version on npm. Both are v2.2.0 but the one on npm still has the wrong typings file referenced in package.json (./keycode.d.ts instead of ./index.d.ts).

VSCode always bugs me about it.
