Renaming file removes its nonce and causes it to get a new one.

Due to someone... Cough @Wojbie Cough omission renaming a file removes its nonce (and then other parts of shitty regenerate it) rendering delete url invalid. It should probably return in similar way upload does,,, new url and nonce (new nonce or keep old nonce?). Something to fix next time.

One thing that comes to mind is deleting from ShareX - while it's probably not a practical thing that people run into, keeping the old nonce and URL might be better
