feature requires add’l testing before being implemented by default, allows users to enable BVAM via webtorrent in Wallet Settings
Implemented stricter determination of valid counterparty transactions.

Active with Asset Data via Webtorrent is enabled in Settings. All locally stored enhanced asset data is seeded by the wallet extension so as to create a network of Tokenly Pockets users that share blockchain validated asset metadata (bvam).
