Update this example to function with ember-cli-fastboot 1.0.0

It seems that this example uses an older version of ember-cli-fastboot. Should this be updated to 1.0.0?

As described in the ember-cli-fastboot README, you must whitelist any Node/NPM dependencies in package.json .
