feat: strengthen x402 commerce discovery

Summary

• expose clearer x402 commerce discovery across homepage, manifest, OpenAPI, WebMCP, and api-catalog
• declare Bazaar discovery metadata on paid asset download routes and register the x402 Bazaar resource server extension
• extend discovery contract tests to lock the new commerce metadata in place
