Carrier Outage is a MeshMonitor Script that monitors the health of major mobile carriers, ISPs and landline providers, and core cloud/CDN/DNS infrastructure. It correlates signals across multiple nodes to determine whether an issue is local to a site or part of a broader provider-level outage over Meshtastic.
