clang and flang 22 will have support for plugins to replace the codegen pipeline (see llvm/llvm-project#170846, llvm/llvm-project#171872, llvm/llvm-project#174006). As such we don't plan to provide patches for clang/flang but instead add a pass plugin in-tree soonish that can be handed to unpatched builds of clang/flang. |
