Products with no image do not regenerated the images in category image

Hello

I am having a problem since i've loaded the product images. On the products that do not have image, the default image for those products is not appearing within the categories and the home images. only appears a "?". Although in the product page all is good.

I've tried to regenerate all products options for 3 times without success.

What might it be?
