examples/sv is failing ... any ideas?

Errors I see is with icarus, but vcs seems to be working fine. Any ideas?

Doesnt' look like uvm-python issue. Maybe file an issue to cocotb and provide more details what you are trying to do, and if there are other messages related to the error.
