Stop sending coverage reports to Codacy

Noticed some issues in #262 when trying to push coverage reports to Codacy from a PR requests initiated from a fork. Since we don't use Codacy's coverage reports for anything and already use Codecov instead, I decided to remove this dependency. Hopefully it won't break anything... 🙄
