This PR is to upgrade from AWS SDK v1 to AWS SDK v2 because AWS SDK v1 lifecycle is going to be ended at 31 Dec 2025: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/developer/announcing-end-of-support-for-aws-sdk-for-java-v1-x-on-december-31-2025/.
AWS SDK v2 does the entire redesign thus it changes all of APIs.
