how to use DVC when the data is stored in a DB

Do you think this would be a good Use Case? That is, when data is stored in a DB, but we can dump the queried list of data to a text file, and provide that as a dependency to a DVC stage? Or maybe this is too easy/trivial?

We can do it as a part of the #72 first and see if it deserves a separate use case/user guide? Def deserves some mention in the docs.
