create branding/resources/logos page for our logos

People often ask us for dvc logos and their licence to use them in articles/posts/etc. It would be nice if we could create a page clarifying those aspects, sharing the logos, where to download them and so on.

@andronovhopf would be great to go through what we have now and create a page with these assets.

Great- I have a Google Drive folder with .pngs and .ai files for two flavors of the logo ((a) owl with DVC and (b) DVC text only). I think it would be good to provide a .png and a .pdf (or some other kind of vector graphic).

Would this be a page in our docs section?

Maybe add them to the Community page #874? Or by the end of https://dvc.org/doc/user-guide/contributing/docs before the emojis...

My 2cents: i think people usually look for this in the website header/footer, but I don't have an example site right now. user-guide/contributing/docs doesn't seem like a good place though, no one will expect to find it there.
