move update-tracked-files into How To per #1581 (review)
and move Related Technologies to the top of the UG
and create hidden basic-concepts guide
and make Basic Concepts visible, add more concepts to it.

Yeah I think both are OK. Technically Github is more correct writing-wise. We have a mix of both forms rn though, I'll standardize in another PR. Will use GitHub since you prefer that 🙂
