Developers can use this filter to remove (hide) or add pages on the Tools page.
Use case: Company has a very specific data breach protocol used company wide for multiple sites. Hiding the Data Breach page will eliminate any confusion for site managers and prevent them from accidentally not following protocol.
I think I'm also going to work on an action to add content to a new tools page.
This is my first time contributing to a public repo with a PR so please let me know if I did anything wrong.
