TRIVIAL: User directed to watchlist page when an already added coin added again

Description:
The user is directed back to the watchlist page from the market page when an already added coin is added again.

Severity: Trivial

Comments:

• While on the market page the user should have a way of knowing the coins he has already added without having to go back to the watchlist page.
• Moreover, if the user wants to add more than one coin at once he has to move back and forth many times between watchlist and market page. The issue is trivial but can affect user experience.

Suggestions:

• If coin already in the watchlist is added again, user should be alerted that the coin already exists in the watchlist and not be directed to the watchlist page.
• A message displaying "coin added" instead of directing back to the watchlist.
• Similar feature could be applied to tracked ICOs
