CRITICAL: Server 500 Error when creating account

Description:
Tried to create an account with the following credentials:

first: 1234
last: 4567
email: brad12rogers@gmail.com
user: brad
pass: brad
conf pass: brad

And got a server 500 error.

Severity: Critical
Comments: Given that all login features for me are not working, I would recommend restarting your server and maybe refreshing the database.

I am running into the same issue. I have tried creating accounts with multiple variations of the required inputs and receive the 500 error each time.
