[Bug Report]: Unifi App not deploying, permission problem #3959

Truenas 24.10.2.4 Version: 2.0.3
App Issue
I am well aware the problem might be my abilities but.
Clean intall of unifi controller app changed nothing to the settings, just running ix volume.
Root permissions process seems to run ok;

Tried also setting a host path to the storrage with 999 owner. does not work, but permissions process does not run anymore then.
