Add SEO descriptions to timeseries API reference pages

Summary

Audited all 538 MDX files for SEO and metadata quality. Found 51 timeseries API reference pages under api-reference/data/timeseries/ missing a description frontmatter field. Added concise, plain-language descriptions (50–160 characters) to each page that accurately summarize the endpoint's purpose.

Changes

• Added description frontmatter to 51 timeseries endpoint pages (e.g. heartrate.mdx, glucose.mdx, blood-pressure.mdx, vo2-max.mdx).
• Descriptions follow the existing style used elsewhere in the API reference (e.g. api-reference/data/activity/get-summary.mdx): "Retrieve [metric] timeseries data for a specific user, grouped by source provider."
• No page content was modified — only frontmatter was touched.

Not changed

• 10 files in snippets/ have no frontmatter, but these are reusable fragments imported into other pages (not rendered as standalone pages), so frontmatter is not applicable.
• No pages had titles exceeding 60 characters.
• No pages had descriptions outside the 50–160 character range.

Validation

• mint broken-links — no broken links
