Add SEO descriptions to event catalog pages

Summary

Audited all 538 MDX files for SEO/metadata quality and found 192 webhook event catalog pages missing the description frontmatter field.

Changes

• Added a plain-language description (50–160 characters) to each of the 192 pages under event-catalog/, including:
  • daily.data.*.created / daily.data.*.updated events (real-time ingestion)
  • historical.data.*.created events (backfill events)
  • Lab test, lab report parsing, provider connection/device, and continuous query events
• Descriptions accurately summarize each event's purpose using consistent phrasing (e.g., "Webhook event fired when ...").

Notes

• No page content was modified — only frontmatter.
• All other pages already have valid title and description metadata (titles under 60 chars, descriptions 50–160 chars).
• Files under snippets/ are MDX includes, not standalone pages, and intentionally have no frontmatter.
• Validated successfully with mint validate and mint broken-links.
