Add SEO descriptions to event catalog and timeseries pages

Summary

Audited all 538 MDX files for SEO/metadata quality and added missing description frontmatter to 243 pages that were lacking it.

Findings

• 243 pages were missing description frontmatter
• 0 pages had titles over 60 characters
• 0 pages had descriptions outside the 50–160 character target range (after this update)
• 11 files in snippets/ have no frontmatter, which is expected — these are reusable partials, not standalone pages

Changes

Added plain-language description frontmatter (50–160 chars) to:

• 192 webhook event pages in event-catalog/ covering daily/historical metric events, lab test events, lab report parsing, provider connection events, and continuous query events
• 51 timeseries API reference pages under api-reference/data/timeseries/ covering metrics like heart rate, HRV, glucose, blood pressure, sleep, workouts, and more

Descriptions accurately summarize each page's purpose for search engines and navigation snippets. No page content was modified — only frontmatter.

Validated with mint validate and mint broken-links (both pass).
