Add SEO descriptions to timeseries and event catalog pages

Summary

Audited all 528 MDX files for SEO frontmatter quality and found 243 pages missing a description. All pages now have a title under 60 characters and a description between 50 and 160 characters.

Changes

• Added descriptions to 51 timeseries API reference pages under api-reference/data/timeseries/, summarizing each retrieval endpoint and the metric it returns.
• Added descriptions to 192 event catalog pages under event-catalog/, covering:
  • 116 daily.data.*.created/updated webhook events
  • 58 historical.data.*.created backfill events
  • 12 lab test, lab report, provider connection, provider device, and continuous query events
• No titles were modified; all existing titles already fit within the 60-character limit.
• No page content was modified — only frontmatter.
