enhancement: add a way to stop a running deployment

problem

once you click the deploy button, the deployment starts, there is not way to stop that manually, it will only stop after its complete or some error comes midway

proposal

add a way to stop the deployment that is pending, started, in_queue at any stage we should be able to stop it.
