Add MicroMod carrier board tutorial

Adds a MicroMod carrier board tutorial for the archived bounty request: tscircuit/docs-old#51

Summary:

• Adds docs/tutorials/building-a-micromod-carrier-board.mdx.
• Shows a MicroMod M.2 connector pattern with explicit pin labels and common bus nets.
• Covers 3.3 V carrier-board power, local decoupling, I2C pull-ups, UART/SPI/SWD breakout headers, and reset/boot controls.
• Includes layout checklist notes and SparkFun MicroMod reference links.

Validation:

• git diff --check
• MDX compile check with @mdx-js/mdx

Note: this environment does not have Bun installed, so I could not run the repo's bun run build or bun run typecheck commands locally.

Reviewer demo / verification notes:

• Bounty source issue: Documentation on using m.2 connectors for micromod modules docs-old#51
• The fork raw file is ASCII-only and byte-for-byte matches the locally checked file.
• Re-checked the remote raw MDX with @mdx-js/mdx: compile OK.
• Re-checked the Vercel route: HTTP 200 and page includes the new tutorial headings/content.

I could not run bun run build locally because Bun is not installed in this environment, but the PR's Vercel deployment is ready and GitHub shows all checks passing.

Quick follow-up for the MicroMod references: I added the missing SparkFun MicroMod General Pinout graphical datasheet link from the original bounty issue to the tutorial's References section.
