Add LED letter drawing tutorial

Summary

• Add a tutorial for drawing capital A-Z letters with a reusable LedLetter component.
• Include a complete CircuitPreview snippet with a 5x7 bitmap font, automatic PCB/schematic positioning, one 0603 LED per lit pixel, and one current-limiting resistor per LED.
• Show how to change letters and tune spacing/footprints.

Note: npx tscircuit /tmp/led-letter-snippet.tsx snippet compile still fails before reading this snippet because the CLI dependency currently throws Export named 'ms' not found in module .../circuit-json/dist/index.mjs; the remote SVG renderer successfully rendered the same snippet.
