0.1 release

Nearing 0.1.0 release. Before this, we should have the following:

• Trained ESS model accessible via import
• Update to all documentations (incl. generalisation of device)
• Wait for next TF stable release so that parallelisation can be run without error on MPS

On release, push to conda-forge too.

Pre 0.1 we may also want to see if we can implement TF2 compile() functionality given we now have attention blocks.
