Nowadays we have a lot of ambiguous flags like:

-p for some commands is plan
-p for some commands is process
-p for some commands is platform

The idea is just to simplify usability of tsuru-client and improve intuition of use.

I wrote the standards.go to start collect the most widely used flags and start reuse it
