Package fab-rewind and fab-investigate

I have just moved `fab-rewind` and `fab-investigate` to the TKLDev app overlay (see https://github.com/turnkeylinux-apps/tkldev/pull/35). However, they are probably best packaged as contrib scripts within the [fab](https://github.com/turnkeylinux/fab) package.
