Rails & Tracks - data corruption on reboot after intital install from ISO #1983
Description
Same as #1947 - but for Rails and Tracks.
TBH it should have occurred to me that it affected them too and rebuilt them at the same time when I fixed and rebuilt Redmine. As the fix is already in common, there are no code changes required, just a rebuild.
