Add support for RODC config to Domain Controller #2052
Description
Currently our "Domain Controller" appliance supports both creating a new domain, or joining an existing domain. However, following a recent question by sgp on the forums it would be nice to also offer the option to join an existing DC as a RODC (read only domain controller).
Looking at the samba wiki RODC page it should be pretty straight forward. We could add that to the existing firstboot script.
