As suggested by @vbarrier (turnkeylinux-apps/icescrum#9 (comment)) when an APP_DOMAIN is set confconsole should show this as browing to the IP won't work nicely and the user may be confused...

The issue that this is aiming to resolve would also be resolved by ensuring that all appliances which require a domain to be set, also auto redirect http(s) requests to that domain.

As per above note, this issue is somewhat related to #958 (which should be resolved in v15.0). However, I'm moving this issue to v15.1 for further consideration, although arguably the problem it was designed to address should be resolved.
