This commit enhances the `codesage report` command to be more user-friendly by allowing a directory path as input. - If a directory is provided, the command now automatically searches for the most recent snapshot in the project's `.codesage/snapshots` directory. - A clear error message is shown if no snapshots are found, guiding the user to create one. - The logic for finding the project root has been improved to ensure snapshots are located correctly, regardless of the current working directory.
