Different fluid layout css in bootstrap.css comapred to the scaffolding.less

Is this expected? the fluid layout as part of the samples which uses the bootstrap.css looks and works differently to the one implemented in scaffolding.less

The example uses the same CSS as everything else. Scaffolding compiles into the bootstrap.css and should be the same. Got some code snippets or screenshots to share?

Turned out with the new fluid layout using a margin left for the content and not floating things like tabs will push below the sidebar, I fixed it with:

.sidebar
{
float: none;
position: absolute;
left: 20px;
}

Seems to work for me.
