Popovers always close when trigger is set to 'hover click'

Popover uses hover and click triggers.
Click to open the popover

Expect:
Popover remains open when moving off of the button

Actual:
Popover closes as soon as you move off of the button (hover behavior)

This is new in 5.3.4

After a first rapid analysis, I can confirm that this behavior changed between v5.3.3 and v5.3.4, and more precisely appears to come from fecd219.
