Reboot: Accent color CSS #41906

Proposal
This is a minor thing, but if you check the Forms section on Reboot (https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.3/content/reboot/#forms). The range slider, radio button and checkbox color is purple in Edge on Windows, darker blue on Firefox on Windows, Grey in Edge on macOS, blue on Safari on macOS.
I think settings accent-color to #0d6efd would be useful.

Motivation and context
The default Accent colors vary between browsers. I think setting it to be consistent would be helpful. I know this isn't too important because Bootstrap's own range slider, radio button and checkbox components already take care of this if you use the CSS classes... but there may be occasions where perhaps a radio button or checkbox is inserted into the DOM (via third-party) or something and having it be a consistent color at least would be helpful.
Reboot is designed to normalize/standardize styles between browsers and this falls into that category.
