Scrollspy error when element height change

First, I hidden all the item at 'collapse'.

And previous tab is active when a subsequent tab is clicked.

For example, I click "Collapse" tab and slide up “Collapsible Group Item #1”, and click "Typeahead" tab but the "Carousel" tab is active(background color is blue).

Bootstrap v2.x.x, depicted in your screenshot, is no longer actively supported. You can try asking the mailing list though; see the README for a link.
