This PR does two things.
.custom-select-lgand corresponding variables to Resolve .c-select-sm and .c-select-lg missing #20316.custom-select-smclass use the pre-existing$custom-select-sm-padding-yand$custom-select-sm-font-sizewhich were added to the_variables.scssin 6b318ef#diff-d8ee409a461718bfb6240710c8c73382R373 but never referenced anywhere.
