Thanks for submitting this! As stated in #30563 (and probably a few other places), I don't think we'll add this to the core. Moreover we now have a utility API to add new classes, we don't add them this way (to allow more customization). I encourage you to check utility API docs if you need such utilities in your own build. |

Added cursor clases to sass files given that with clases in HTML was't possible change cursors style
