Problem
Currently, if a plugin/version is accidentally approved or later found to contain malicious/suspicious code, it is difficult for moderators to re-select that specific approved version/plugin and change its status to rejected.
This creates several issues:
- Hard to quickly respond to security incidents.
- Moderators may need to manually search or use workarounds.
- Increased risk of harmful plugins remaining publicly available longer than necessary.
- No convenient rollback/rejection workflow after approval.
Expected Result
Moderators should be able to:
- Quickly find any approved plugin/version.
- Revert approval or reject it with minimal steps.
- Add a rejection reason for transparency and moderation tracking.
This would improve moderation efficiency and platform security.
